CANCELLATION POLICY:
Out of respect for our team and our customers, kindly give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, this allows us ample time to schedule another client. Failure to give 48hr notice will result in a fee of 50% of your total service.

NO SHOWS:
Clients who fail to call or show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services after the first no show. For repeated no shows and last minute cancellations, clients can schedule appointments for the day of as a walk in or over the phone.
